We are happy to announce that we have found our longterm home at H202 - a stress free zone. It is the perfect location for us to provide all of our services. The location H202 - a stress free zone gives us the opportunity to build for you a sacred space for your health and personal growth. The Studio H202 is an urban oasis right at Hohlstrasse 202. It is easily reachable by public transportation (Tram 8 - Hardplatz or with train Hardbrücke). There are also 2 parking spaces available for free. We are happy to offer you all our relaxing, invigorating and heart-opening services there.

You will practice Yoga Asanas and Pranayama with extended time for relaxation.
The Immersion will be for regular practitioners.
